- A line of the little finger – the heart meridian, a line from the armpit to the little finger, do four 28 beats; The arm, in turn, takes the little thumb upwards and beats four twenty-eight beats.
- A line in the middle of the arm – the pericardial meridian, from the middle of the arm to the palm, four twenty-eight beats; The arm, in turn, is slapped from the palm to the shoulder, four two-eight beats.
- Lower limbs:
- Lateral tibia of the lower leg – gastric meridian, from the front to the lateral malleolus, four 28 beats; In turn, shoot from the outer ankle to the groin, four two-eight beats.
- Middle of the posterior thigh – bladder meridian, middle of the posterior thigh to the medial side of the Achilles tendon, four 28 beats; Again, in reverse, slap four two-eight beats.
- Middle of the outer thigh – gallbladder meridian, middle of the outer thigh to the outer ankle, four 28 beats; Similarly, from the inner ankle to the middle of the inner thigh, pat four two-eight beats.
- You shoot two, I shoot two, and the shoulders and backs each shoot thirty-two:
- When patting the shoulder, you need to twist the waist, and use the twisting of the waist to drive the arm to pat the shoulder.
- Pat the shoulder circumference, normal people focus on patting around the shoulder; Patients with frozen shoulder, which is painful.
- Plapping the shoulder well in the middle of the shoulder can strengthen the resistance of the respiratory tract.
- When you pat the large vertebral point, when you bow your head, the most prominent position of the shoulder is the large vertebral point, and patting the large vertebral point can effectively relieve shoulder fatigue.
- Patting the Tianzong acupoint, there is a depression in the shoulder blade, and I feel numb in the upper limbs when I pinch it, this is the Tianzong acupoint.
